At Javahrat, we are dedicated to delivering beautifully handcrafted, personalized silver jewellery to customers worldwide. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Each piece is made to order by skilled artisans. Standard production time is 5–10 business days. During festive seasons or sales, production times may be slightly extended. We will keep you updated by email throughout the process.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • India (Domestic): 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • North America & Europe: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Asia, Australia, GCC countries: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Refund & Return Policy

We take great pride in handcrafting custom jewellery specifically for you. Because each item is personalized, please review our return and refund policy carefully before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are made-to-order with custom names, dates, letters, or finishes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or size issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or differs from your confirmed order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing javahratt@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement or repair is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
